Changed your mind?
Under UK consumer law you can usually cancel an order for goods bought at a distance within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact Lou to arrange a return.
Condition of returns
Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible with a photo and we'll put it right.
